The Statler Hotel is located on the Cornell University campus in Ithaca, NY. It is part of the internationally famous School of Hotel Administration. Ithaca is accessible via automobile, bus, or air. The
Ithaca airport is a regional airport. Ithaca Airport to the Statler Hotel: The Statler Hotel has a free shuttle that runs between the Ithaca airport and the hotel 6:00am-11:00pm seven days a week. Please call the hotel front desk in advance. Syracuse to Ithaca: Ithaca Airline Limousine Service operates a van service between Syracuse Airport and Cornell. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. New York City area: Cornell University operates a luxury bus charter with wireless internet daily to Ithaca from two New York City sites, the Cornell Club and the Weill Medical Campus. You do not have to have a Cornell connection to use this service.

REGIONAL ASSOCIATIONS OF GRANTMAKERS MEMBERSHIP Philanthropic organizations — family and independent foundations, public charities and community foundations, corporate foundations and business giving programs, federated funds and government agencies distributing funds to community nonprofits — are eligible for dues-paying membership if they support more than one nonprofit organization [501(c)(3)] or nonprofit collaborative in New York State. Families and individuals are eligible provided they distribute a minimum of $5,000 per year to more than one nonprofit organization or collaborative in New York State. Not a member? Grantmakers Forum of New York offers a special membership/conference option. Join at the one-year special rate of $300.00 and receive conference registration at member rates.
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Statler Hotel for conference attendees. DEADLINE for the group rate is September 25, 2009. Rates per night:
DEADLINE for the group rate is September 25, 2009. After this date, rooms, if available, will be charged the hotel rate of the day.
The Statler Hotel provides valet parking for overnight guests at $10.00 per night (plus sales tax). Self-parking options are available upon request. Commuters must stop at the traffic booths when entering the campus. A map of visitor parking will be given. Parking fee is $10.00/day. Note that visitor lots may be a some distance from the hotel. Campus buses access lots but may not be available immediately upon parking.
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference events. Bring leisure clothes to take advantage of the cultural and outdoor activities on the campus or around Ithaca.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND RATES Registration deadline is October 14, 2009. Full Conference registration includes two receptions, two continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and two lunches. Although we encourage full conference attendance to take advantage of this professional education opportunity, pricing for various other options is offered.

Scholarships:
Cancellations: Refunds of registration fees, minus $30.00 administration fee, may be requested in writing if postmarked by October 14. No refunds will be granted after October 21, 2009.
