U.S. population is aging?

100%!!

 

However, as we all know, some will reach old age sooner than others.

 

The Grantmakers Forum of New York partners with Grantmakers In Aging (GIA), an international organization dedicated to promoting and strengthening grantmaking for an aging society, to advance awareness and understanding of critical issues concerning aging and philanthropy. Additional support is provided by several New York State funders:

  • Albany Guardian Society
  • Community Health Foundation of Western and Central New York
  • John F. Wegman Fund at Rochester Area Community Foundation
  • United Way of Greater Rochester

 

The Grantmakers Forum of New York will work to broaden and increase funding of programs, services and research to address aging issues affecting our communities, to adequately support our aging population and to maintain the quality of life standards for residents of every age.
